While we do carry a small stock of our products; due to the nature of our business most of our products are handmade to order. We have implemented pre-order purchasing on our website to cater to this.

The following terms and conditions apply to Pre-Orders
Pre-ordered items are made to order on a first come, first served basis. You will be placed in a small batch making queue that is prioritised by the date and time that each order is placed.
While we always do our best to meet the estimated delivery date of the product, there may be times where we are delayed due to material supply issues etc. If this is the case, we will keep you informed via email throughout the making process, providing any updated ETAs as required.

We aim to ship pre-orders within 3 days of completion. Standard shipping timeframes are applied from the point that the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
Your order will be shipped once all items have been made, if there are ‘in-stock’ items on your order, they will be held and shipped at the same time as your pre-ordered item(s); we do not do partial shipments.
Payment is processed at the time that your order is placed. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order, you will be notified via email, and a full refund will be issued.
We will accept cancellations of non-customised pre-ordered items before the order has shipped, however if this becomes a regular occurrence; we reserve the right to refuse further orders.
